Which way fits you?

Four taps to a suggestion.

Question 1 of 4

How many rental units do you have?

Just a suggestion. Nothing you choose here is saved or sent.

Time back

Take your time back. Spend it with your family.

What would you do with 5 hours?

  • a Saturday soccer game
  • a long dinner together
  • 4 bedtime stories

This uses your own estimate. Ledgibilify doesn't promise to save any particular number of hours.

Your information

How your information is protected

  • Everyone signs in with Google or an email and password, plus a 6-digit code from an authenticator app, every time you sign in.

  • Optionally connect your bank through Plaid. It takes a few minutes, and we never see your bank username or password.

  • An encrypted copy of your bookkeeping records is saved separately every night and kept for 30 days.

  • One client cannot see another client's data.

  • Receipt photos are stored privately and are not sent to any AI service.

  • You can download your transactions (CSV) at any time, or ask for your account to be deleted. Deletion is carried out within 30 days of you confirming the request.

Who we are

Who's behind Ledgibilify

Ledgibilify is made by FIMA Vantage, LLC.

Access is by invite. When you request one, we'll reply by email within 72 hours. If you choose Managed, we do your monthly books.

Honest limits

What Ledgibilify is, and isn't.

Ledgibilify is a record-keeping tool and bookkeeping service, not tax, legal or accounting advice. Tax-related figures (depreciation, mortgage interest/principal split, Schedule E–style summaries) are estimates for you and your tax preparer to check. We don't prepare or file tax returns.

Questions

Good questions to ask.

Do I need to know accounting?

No. You record rent and snap receipts, and your records stay organized by property. With Managed, we do the monthly books.

What does Self-service include?

Self-service means you use Ledgibilify yourself. We give you access to the app; we don't do your books or advise you.

Do I have to change banks?

No. You keep your bank. Connecting it through Plaid is optional, and Ledgibilify works without it.

Does it replace my tax preparer?

No. It gives your tax preparer organized records. We don't prepare or file tax returns.

Can I see the Schedule E–style summary myself?

Yes. Every owner can open a Tax Summary for their own buildings in the app, whatever your access level. It's an estimate for your tax preparer to check, not tax advice. It isn't available for buildings held by a partnership or LLC.

What does it cost?

A flat monthly fee based on how many units you have. We'll quote it after a short call.

Can I leave?

Yes, any time. Download your transactions (CSV) and ask for your account to be deleted. Deletion is carried out within 30 days of you confirming the request.
